Returns


Thank you very much for your trust and support of ROKRGEEK. If you are not satisfied with our products or do not like them, please let us know so we can help you return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund less shipping charges.

Returns are allowed

  • Receive a damaged product.
  • Receive the wrong product.

We will replace the damaged or incorrect product at no cost to you.

Cannot return:

  • Used products
  • Missing original product packaging.
  • Broken or damaged products due to personal reasons.
  • Has passed our 30-day return period.
  • We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in returns. So please repackage and take pictures before sending it to us and then send it to the courier and ask the courier for a receipt.

As our products are sold in many countries around the world, there are several return address warehouses. Please contact us via email and we will assist you with your return and send you the nearest return address.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been used.

 

Refunds


After we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund and deduct shipping costs within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email notification of your refund from us. Please note that the exact time you receive your refund depends on your payment bank as it takes another time to process the refund.

DELAYED/MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If your refund has not been issued within the indicated number of days, please check your payment account. If the refund has not been applied to your payment account contact your bank as it may take additional time for your refund to reflect on your account. There is often a processing delay before refunds are posted

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS
Our customers are responsible for paying all shipping and packaging costs for the returned items. We will deduct shipping and handling costs from the amount or your refund. The delivery time of your return items may vary as they are shipped from different warehouses locations.


Change or Cancellation of Orders


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Exchange

We do not do exchanges, and if you have ordered the wrong part in error, we will not exchange it. However, you may reorder the correct model and request that the incorrect model be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

We will do our best to pack your order well. However, due to transportation reasons, the outer packaging of the product is damaged or deformed. (The internal parts of the product are not damaged) We do not accept returns
